Currently, Confstyle has six production lines with a minimum of six to a maximum of fourteen hoppers. These production lines can be used separately as well as jointly, in order to guarantee the maximum production flexibility in the different phases of production.

Our machinery, called “ automatic horizontal packers ”, are suitable for the packaging of products of different kind and format, fed automatically through feeding systems (hoppers).

More specifically, our automatic horizontal packers are fitted with:

» Conveyor belt made of tanks suitable for the assemblying of kits made up by items different in number, size and type.

» The accident-safe polyurethane tanks, closed on the four sides, can accept even very small items.

»  Thermal-transfer printer for printing directly on packaging films.

» Electronic scales specifically designed for selecting, through weighing, products whose weight can be quite small, even less than 1 gram , with programmable maximum capacity. The weighing system, with an electronic device for self-calibration, is based on a technology called load cells with absolute zero, whose main features are operating speed and high accuracy.

» At the end of the conveyor belt there is an electropneumatic device for diverting the wrong-weight items.
