Our “packagings” are the result of a specific request of the customer.
The request is processed by our Technical Department, that will promptly issue an offer based on the following procedure:

Technical analysis of the items contained in the customer specifications

Verification of warehouse stocks and search of needed parts, if any

Analysis of provisioning time for the needed parts, if any

Technical analysis of the packaging to be used, observing all the details provided for in the customer specification.

Definition of the offer to the customer.

Definition of alternative solutions for the customer based on the know-how of our partners, personnel and co-workers and on our skill and competence.

Production of a first batch of samples to be submitted to the customer.

After the approval of the samples by the customer, Confstyle proceeds with a first production batch in order to test and verify all the quality control procedures.
- Having verified that there are no production issues, Confstyle proceeds with the complete production to carry out the received orders.
The information printed on the external surface of the “packagings” are: product description, bar code, customer logo, CE logo, recycling icons, and everything else requested by the specification.
All our “packagings” are subjected to a strict quality control, whose first phase is carried out by our Machine Engineer.
Afterwards, the “packagings” are weighted by electronic scales and then monitored by our Quality Control Manager who analyzes samples from every production batch, marking the verified packagings with a “Quality Control Stamp”.
After this, the products are sent to the packing bay, where they undergo a last monitoring process relative to the quantity to be shipped. For the packing operation, Confstyle can use cardboard boxes, anonymous or personalized, pallets with partitions, or special packing materials specified by the customer.
